If you love seafood, check out Shaw's Crab House in Chicago. The lobster roll is delish!

Blue Water
We sat at the Raw Bar and got to see them make sushi all night :)
Seafood Tower - Two tiers of oysters, prawns, seared red tuna, smoked salmon jellyfish, scallops ceviche, clams and mussels
I love, love, love seafood!
Mmmm fresh oysters :)
The Dragon - Crispy prawns, barbecued eel, avocado & mirin mayonnaise
Hazelnut, ganache, passion fruit & caramelized bananas
Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar is located in Vancouver, BC. This was such a lovely restaurant, perfect for a date night. We sat at the Raw Bar so we got to see the very talented Sushi Chefs work their magic. Seriously, how do they cut the sashimi so perfectly? We ordered the Seafood Tower, which definitely didn't disappoint. The only downfall was when we finished all the food lol. Also, since we were sitting at the Raw Bar, we just had to try the sushi. We got the Dragon roll, and it was perfect. Finally for dessert, we had the chocolate banana ganache. I played rock, paper, scissors with Teddy to win but his choice of the Kalamansi Cheesecake sounded delicious too. Oh well, there's always the next time we're visiting Vancouver.
Side Note: Blue Water was voted Best Chef three years in a row & I can definitely see why :)
The Boathouse
Crab & Shrimp Melt - Crab, shrimp, aged chedder & basil tartar
Seafood Chop Chop Salad - Grilled wild salmon, shrimp & scallop
Teddy & I wanted to visit Kitsilano Beach in Vancouver, BC. We decided to walk along the beach and we found The Boathouse. The view was spectacular and the food was delicious & fresh. I love visiting places that make me feel like Lauren Conrad on The Hills lol, I'm such a geek, I know. Anyways, I kept saying the night before that we should get salads since we were eating so unhealthy on the trip. Well Teddy ordered a salad...and I did not. Lol who are we kidding, I'm just not a salad kinda girl. I love my food!
